Unlocking Creative Potential & Elevating Arts Education
Creative professional learning through research & experience
The Resourceful Explorations through Artistic Creation and Harmony (REACH) grant is a national initiative funded by the U.S. Department of Education, aiming to enhance arts education in schools across the country. The project offers comprehensive professional development for educators, including:
Saturday Intensives: In-depth sessions held every quarter to delve into arts integration strategies.
Ongoing Coaching: Continuous support from teaching artists to assist educators in effectively incorporating the arts into their curricula.
Immersive Summer Institute: An annual, immersive program designed to deepen educators' understanding and application of arts integration.
By engaging in these activities, educators can enhance their teaching practices, leading to enriched learning experiences for students through the integration of the arts.
Arts integrated education
By providing comprehensive and sustained professional development to teachers, teacher leaders, arts educators, principals, and superintendents, the REACH grant aims to level the playing field in terms of access to quality arts education.
